  • Existing tapes that are available for copy now based on usage profile
  • Projections of tapes copies per week (backwards from relocation weekend)
  • Ongoing process to identify “new” forward feeds and integrate into baseline table of
    critical forward feeds
  • Ongoing process to identify tapes that are “available to copy”  
  • Projection of lift and load weekend copy requirements based on “forecast of
    production batch schedule”
  • Relocation weekend ejects, copies and packing audit
